Private presentation timing

PowerPoint Timer for Presenters

A PowerPoint timer for presenters helps you keep track of your speaking time without displaying the timer to your audience. UbiTimer Presenter-Only Mode gives you private timing while your presentation slides remain clean and distraction-free.

It is useful for conference talks, lectures, training sessions, meetings, pitches and any presentation where the speaker needs to monitor time privately.

Presenter-Only Mode is an advanced UbiTimer feature. See the pricing page for plans that include private presenter timing.

Why Use a Presenter-Only Timer in PowerPoint?

An audience-visible countdown is useful for quizzes, classroom activities, breaks and timed exercises. But there are many situations where only the presenter needs to know how much time remains.

Keep Slides Clean

Avoid placing a visible countdown on presentation slides when the audience does not need to see your timing.

Stay Within Your Speaking Time

Monitor your remaining presentation time and adjust your pace before you reach the end of your allocated slot.

Reduce Audience Distraction

Keep timing information private so the audience can focus on your slides and message.

Manage Presentation Pacing

Use your private timer as a reference during lectures, training, talks and other time-limited presentations.

Audience Timer vs Presenter-Only Timer

The right timer setup depends on who needs to see the time.
