Restart a PowerPoint Presentation Timer

During a presentation you may need to restart the timer — for example when rehearsing, restarting a slide, or giving a speaker more time. This guide explains how to restart a PowerPoint presentation timer using UbiTimer.

Restart the Timer During a Presentation

1. Click the timer once to pause it.
2. Click the timer again to restart the timer.
3. The timer will resume counting from where it stopped.

This makes it easy to control timing during a presentation without leaving Slide Show mode.

Reset the Timer to the Original Time

If you want the timer to start again from the original duration:

1. Click the Reset button in the UbiTimer task pane.
2. Click Start Timer again.
