UbiTimer Companion for PowerPoint
UbiTimer Companion for PowerPoint is a small Windows app for teachers, trainers and presenters who want a floating timer outside the PowerPoint slide.
Use it as a standalone classroom timer, or connect it to the UbiTimer PowerPoint add-in to show a private presenter-only countdown while your audience sees a clean slideshow.
It is especially useful for lessons, assemblies, training sessions, conferences, Timer Groups, timed agendas and multi-speaker presentations.

Use with Conference Deck Builder
UbiTimer Companion is useful for conference-style PowerPoint decks where the presenter needs a private timer while different sections of the event run from one master deck.
With UbiTimer’s Conference Deck Builder, you can prepare timed sections inside one PowerPoint file, use Timer Groups to control the timer across slide ranges, and use UbiTimer Companion to keep the timer visible privately to the presenter.
- Create timed event sections inside one master PowerPoint deck.
- Use Timer Groups for speaker sessions, breaks, assemblies or agenda items.
- Show the timer privately in UbiTimer Companion.
- Keep the audience-facing slides clean and uncluttered.
Navigation note: UbiTimer can add visual jump and return button markers for conference decks. To make those buttons clickable during Slide Show, use PowerPoint’s built-in Action Settings or Link options and connect each button to the correct slide.
