Save, Restore & Export Timer Snapshots

UbiTimer allows you to create snapshots of your timer configuration. This includes your appearance settings, behaviour settings, and display preferences.

What Is a Snapshot?

A snapshot saves your current timer configuration so you can restore it later. This is useful if you switch between different presentation styles or timer behaviours.

How to Save a Snapshot

  1. Open the UbiTimer task pane.
  2. Configure your timer (size, appearance, behaviour, alarm, etc.).
  3. Go to the Snapshots section.
  4. Click Save Snapshot.

Your current timer configuration will now be stored.

How to Restore a Snapshot

  1. Open the Snapshots section.
  2. Select the saved configuration.
  3. Click Restore.

Your timer settings will instantly update to match the saved snapshot.

Load a Snapshot

If you have multiple saved configurations:

  1. Select the snapshot you want to use.
  2. Click Load.

This applies the saved configuration to your current presentation.

Export Timer Settings

You can export your snapshot settings for backup or sharing.

  1. Go to the Snapshots section.
  2. Select the snapshot.
  3. Click Export.

This creates a file containing your timer configuration, which can be imported later.
